Ho sempre tradotto goodwill come clientela/clientela acquisita/avviamento commerciale...ma in questo caso non mi convince.
La frase intera è:
"the defendants have used the Registered Trade-mark in a manner that is likely to have the effect of depreciating the value of the goodwill attaching thereto."
