El otro término es "Heal Height". Es una característica del horno. Ya encontré que para el término de la siguiente línea se dice "altura de la corona", pero no he encontrado lo de "Heal Height". Gracias de antemano por su ayuda.

No había visto nunca este uso de "heal" (ojo, no es "heel"), como sustantivo. Se refiere a la parte inferior de un bocadillo (en México creo que sería una torta o un lonche), o bien de una hamburguesa. "Crown" es la parte superior. Creo que podríamos llamarlos respectivamente "base" y "tapa".

Lo siento, confundí "heal" con "heel"
