ravioli di magro (with ricotta and spinach) but see explanation Explanation: I ravioli di magro sono ravioli senza carne, ma il ripieno varia da regione a regione, e forse da ristorante a ristorante. Spessissimo si tratta di ricotta e spinaci. Lascerei il termine in italiano e mi informerei sul preciso ripieno da aggiungere al nome in italiano.
