This is a term from the InvG but I can't find a suitable English translation of it. It appears in a text concerning amendments to terms and conditions, which were 'zudem noch bezüglich der Aufnahme des Kaskadenverbots angepasst.'

neutral  philgoddard: Your first two references are to sentence 3, whereas the Kaskadenverbot is dealt with in sentences 1 and 2. It's nothing to do with money laundering, and "investment restriction law" is too general. But thanks for the references.
