Nuovamente buongiorno a tutti. Questo termine, apparentemente -Forse- di così semplice comprensione, è inserito in un brano sulla pulizia di un alambicco. Ecco un pò di contesto:

"The objective of this cleaning is to remove any dirt, debris and oils that may have accumulated onto the furnace retort and deflector. Once this is accomplished, the furnace retort must subsequently be saturated with 100% ammonia for a minimum of 24 hours. Once stable potential readings are obtained, one can be confident that subsequent nitriding processes will have proper potential control."

In realtà, tutto l'ultimissimo passaggio non mi è ben chiaro......Penso si tratti di una valutazione sul potenziale, che renderà più facili controlli successivi. Che ne pensate? Grazie!
