Execution of the administrative order shall be suspended during this period.

Izvođač će u cijelosti provoditi dostavljene mu administrativne naloge. Ako Izvođač bude smatrao da zahtjevi administrativnog naloga nadilaze ovlast Nadzora ili opseg ugovora, on će pod prijetnjom vremenskog zavlačenja, obavijestiti Nadzor o ovoj činjenici u roku od 7 dana od primitka administrativnog naloga, te informirati Ugovaratelja. Izvršenje administrativnog naloga će se odgoditi za vrijeme ovog razdoblja.
