Se trata de un certificado de varias páginas, en cada una de ellas aparece en el encabezado:
"Continuación del certificado"

¿Cuál sería la forma habitual de expresarlo en inglés?
He mirado un poco en internet y sólo he encontrado, remainder of the certificat, que en este caso no sirve porque la continuación que aparece en cada página no es realmente todo el resto del documento.
