In un testo legale (un atto di vendita) trovo la frase:
"Les parties déclarent que:
- elles ne sont concernées par aucune des mesures de protection légale des incapables, sauf le cas échéant, ce qui a pu etre spécifié à la suite de leur comparution pour le cas où l'une d'entre elles ferait l'objet d'une telle mesure."
Questa la mia traduzione:
"Le parti dichiarano che:
- non sono interessate da nessuna delle misure di tutela legale di incapaci, tranne qualora ciò, eventualmente, si verificasse, il che ha potuto essere specificato a seguito della loro comparizione *laddove una delle parti fosse interessata da tale misura*."
Ma rileggendola in italiano non ne capisco il senso, quindi forse non capisco bene il significato di "pour le cas où".

Il senso è giusto laddove, qualora ecc... come indicato da te e dalle colleghe, è la frase ad essere scritta male. Questo è secondo me il senso:
Le parti dichiarano non essere interessate da alcuna delle misure di protezione legale degli incapaci, a meno di esserlo, cosa che sarebbe stata specificata a seguito della loro comparizione se una di esse fosse stata oggetto di tale misura.

Ovviamente tutte le proposte qui sopra sono validissime, ma in un testo legale questa resa mi sembra una buona alternativa e io solitamente traduco così :-)
