...purely from the syntax here, I wouldn't have thought the 'sous risque d'exclusion' refers to the 6 month time limit (otherwise it wouldn't be a limit, would it? "You must claim within 6 months, otherwise we might not take any notice")
I didn't explain myself very well here, sorry!
What I meant was that they are saying that any claim must be formulated in due legal form — for example, sent in writing by Registered Post — and give all the required information, otherwise the claim might be rejected. There might be more or less to the 'revendication juridique' than this, depending on the exact overall context.
I would read it as relating more to the 'revendication juridique' — i.e. "if you take us to Court, you may lose"; OK, it doesn't mean 'take them to Court' specifically... but you see what I'm driving at? |
