Explanation:
Se habla de "tramas" y "tramado" en la idustria gráfica porque los puntos están alineados siguiendo las direcciones vertical y horizontal, por lo tanto resultan en un dibujo de red ortogonal. De allí que se hable de que tal imagen "tiene una trama de 85 líneas", o que "está tramada a 85 líneas"

También se suele hablar de "lineatura", entendida como la cuenta de líneas por pulgada, y se suele decir "la lineatura de la foto es 85", dando por sobreentendido que se habla de "líneas por pulgada".
