agree  Natalie: Судя по всему, что я отыскала, речь все же действительно о пигментах. Что касается "мелкого бесцветного", то это вполен могут быть бесцветные кристаллы, придающие просто блеск.// Ну да, в зависимости от размера частиц зависит цветовой эффект

  -> Спасибо. В красках - такая вкусовщина в оттенках - и как её переводить? А fine в переводе в двух вариантах - или "яркий", или мелкодисперсный. Если мелкодисперсный - то оттенок ярче./И ещё цвет зависит от формы частиц! И структуры! Всякая иризация и т.п.

Я полагаю, что здесь указаны только цвета. Есть светлые (light), а есть еще светлее fine, т.е. оттенки fine colorless - просто оттенок, без цвета.

преобладающий цвет скорее всего говорится о цвете при смещивании, имеется ввиду как почти красныйб почти желтый просто заменяется словом преобладающий цвет!!!!!
