In the event that the volume of feedstock which is de-hulled during a month is less than 10.000 mt the fee will be invoiced in the amount equal to the crushed amount multiplied by the fee stipulated in paragraph 8.1 plus the difference between 10.000 mt and the actual amount crushed multiplied by 5 EUR but excluding all EDT and planned production stops.

In case production of other feedstocks occurs during the month - the time allowed will be charged on pro rata basis.
