Seems the Swe is a newly coined term as well, have you found more than a handful of references? Anyway this is from Canade where they talk of similar 'optional' changes to regularly scheduled rail traffic (in an appendix) http://www.discovery.org/scripts/viewDB/filesDB-download.php... I presume this is 'passenger rail services' and not 'rail traffic' Example sentence(s):
