Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / cancellazione ufficio
English term or phrase: jointly and severally
nel testo in questione la società incarica il signor X e/o la sig.ra Y e/o il signor Z "jointly and severally as our true and lawful attorney to act for and on behalf of the Company".

Stefania

agree  Sebastiano Massimo Barbagallo: In this case, this is the right solution (IMHO, of course) since the source text refers to a power of attorney, and not to an obligation (in which case, "in solido" would be the right solution).

neutral  Sebastiano Massimo Barbagallo: Please, consider that the source text does not refer to an obligation, but to a power of attorney.
