English term or phrase: to pass under the rainbow

I am analysing the phrase 'to pass under the rainbow' in various languages. In my native language (Croatian)it means 'if you pass under the rainbow oyur wishes will come through'. Although I can't grade the answers I would appreciate very much comments in as much languages as possible. Do you have such phrase in your language? Which is the connotation for a rainbow in your language?

Explanation:
This is Czech translation. In my language, rainbow is a symbol of something we cannot reach, something very fragile, something what disappears when we try to touch it. But the sentence itself does not mean anything. at least I have never heard it.

Thanks to all answers. I guess other answers are equally good, but as to rules I have to grade one of them, although all of them are good. The explanation for this answer is actually what I was looking for, but in different languages. This type of questions should go to various language groups, and not the way I put it.
