German term or phrase: The sentence
Wegen Nahtstenose PTA (8mm x 40 mm) mit exzellentem Abschlussergebnis.

The above sentence is confusing. Will the PTA (percutaneous transluminal angiography) results show improvement as a resulf of stenosis? Would be happy if someone can explain what the author of this medical report wants to say.

Thanks

Notes to answerer
Asker: Hello Uyuni, I am pleased with this response. Our colleagues do not have the entire text before them which is what leads to such confusions. I have used anastomotic stricture in my translation as I find it more appropriate. The patient had no stenting as per the medical report.
