| Reference: Ufficiale di Stato Civile Reference information: Supongo que se trata de un registro civil venezolano, porque todo lo que se encuentra en la red bajo ese nombre se refiere a dicho país. Respecto a la primera autoridad civil en Venezuela, mira esto: "La primera autoridad de la Parroquia o Municipio es el funcionario público que tiene a su cargo la redacción de las actas del estado civil conforme al modelo que debe estar inserto en las primeras hojas de cada Libro..." http://books.google.com.co/books?id=VVaY4mTjfjwC&pg=PA396&lp...
