Norwegian term or phrase: Totalleverandør
Used by a firm to describe themselves: "Totalleverandør av komplekse varmepumpesystemer"

Is it a 'total supplier'? Sounds rather rubbish. I did wonder about whether they were a 'turnkey supplier' - but they may not have intended it to be quite so specific? Suggestions appreciated

full service supplier
Explanation:
I would say it was a "FSS," i.e. "full service supplier."

A Full Service Supplier is considered an expert for the product and is responsible for all aspects (supply, installation, service) except for that specifically excluded under the program or contract.

A "Full Service Vendor" FSV is another possibility, but this appears very rarely.

It also implies that such supplier takes full responsibility for the delivery.

full system supplier

Explanation:
Turnkey is not the correct term. Turnkey means it is ready to use right out of the box for the intended application.
In the context given, I assume they mean they can provide a full system, but it doesn't indicate if they install the system and set it up for use.
