disagree  Germaine: Litige/litigieux est ce qui donne matière à procès. Or, on y est, au tribunal. "Dispute" ici, ne veut donc rien dire de plus que "désaccord". D'où "vous n'avez soulevé aucune objection (Daryo)/manifesté aucun désaccord/contesté d'aucune façon, etc.
