I am uncertain of what the term would be in English here. Clearly they are talking about revision surgery involving the first ray of the foot... but I am wondering if this changes when the term 'greffe' is used.... grafting of the great toe? Any help would be appreciated as my research is drawing a few blanks at the moment.

Thanks!
