In base alle esigenze il capo Turno fa la situazione del materiale a disposizione ed in mancanza di esso si interessa con i vari enti (APR- MAG) dell'arrivo e/o dello svincolo dello stesso.

It seems like he is suppossed to contact some contractors (enti?) but why APR - MAG? April and May do not fit in the context, I guess.
