Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / Commercial lease
French term or phrase: dénonciation intégrale du projet de cession
In a clause concerning the "Consent and cooperation of the lessor" reads the following.

In my mind it means "complete/total cancellation of the planned transfer" but that doesn't seem to make sense to me in the context of the whole paragraph. I must be missing something here, obviously??

full disclosure of the proposed transfer/assignment

Explanation:
What this contractual clause means is that the conditions of assigning the contract/lease... are contingent upon the Lessee formally informing the Lessor of the proposed transfer and providing a specific notice period and inviting the Lessor to participate in that proposed transfer. So, in this case, when that notification is sent to the Lessor, it must contain "full disclosure of the proposed assignment/transfer" (choose the term you prefer according to how you have translated the lease).
