Good answers to bad question 12:56 Apr 22, 2013
What I had in the Albanian document was the abbreviation LPJ (in the context "dy vrasjeve në tentativë, nga neni 30 al. 2 të LPK, lidhur me nenin 22 dhe 19 të LPJ"). I googled for LPJ and found the "uncontested procedure". Since I didn't understand "uncontested" nor "non-contentious" I didn't realize it was way out of my context, and I sent you the "jokontestimore" question. Later I began to understand that LPJ was referring to the old Yugoslav criminal law. It was applied for some years, even after Kosova declared it's independence (until there was a new law for Kosova). -- So what happened is that I bothered you with a completely unnecessary question. |
