Beh, "to hold" significa "possedere", ma anche (trattandosi di diritti e non di cose materiali, come in questo caso), "esser titolari di". "May" aggiunge l'idea dell'eventualità, della possibilità, per cui "di cui sia titolare" (= "di cui possa esser titolare"( non mi sembra una traduzione malvagia. Sono certo che, ammesso e non concesso che il mio suggerimento sia valido, tu saprai adattarlo nel migliore dei modi al contesto... :-)
