Talking about cultural opportunities which a charity could offer:

"concerts, éveils musicaux, silence party"

Eveil makes me think of some kind of activity for small children. Maybe that's what they are talking about, but since the other two are types of one-off events I wondered whether anyone had come across it with that meaning

a suggestion, although as you say 'éveil' normally refers to activities involving (young) children, and that is not necessarily apparent in my suggestion.
Another possibility could be "introduction to music".

Explanation:
I would normally translate "eveil" as "early years" which is common when referring to the education of very young children. However as has already been mentioned the target age is not totally obvious here.
