English translation: Extra delivery of Study Drug

Medical - Medical: Pharmaceuticals / Clinical Trials
French term or phrase: Réception supplémentaire
This is in a list of additional expenses for a Clinical trial but I'm not sure what Réception would mean in this context.

It's in a section labelled "Actes Pharmaceutiques supplémentaires", which includes:
Etiquetage ou ré-étiquetage
Visite supplémentaire de suivi>6 par an
Réception supplémentaire > 4 par an (charged at 40 euros "Par réception")

I was thinking along the lines of additional 'inspections' i.e. 'examinations' but there is already a section for tests and clinical examinations.

Any suggestions gratefully received :-)

English translation:Extra delivery of Study Drug
Explanation:
I think it must be that. The Site should receive the Study Drug (or device, whatever the subject matter) 4 times per year at most. If there are deliveries beyond that, the Sponsor (or CRO, as applicable) must pay for the extra bother this involves.
