Xxx continues to do well in physical therapy. He has recently been fitted for and received a body jacket which provides him with improved trunk support for improved sitting and standing posture. He participates in therapeutic exercises for ROM, flexibility and strengthening of his trunk and extremities during each therapy session. Xxx stands in his Rifton stander for 2 1/2 hours at 75 degrees, daily. He independently propels his Tumbleform seat, pushing with his legs, for up to 100 feet, given assistance to flex his hips and knees to the pushing position. Xxx continues to work on maintaining a neutral head position in sitting and standing, given reminders not to rest his head on the left side of the head rest
