"Un análisis de las revisiones de conjunto existentes, así como las directrices publicadas por la Organización Mundial de la Salud, no reveló ningún método preferido para atajar las subidas de presión asociadas a los accidentes cerebrovasculares."

'Revisión' must be 'review', but what about 'de conjunto'? TIA.
