Stabilisationsübungen Explanation: Also ich bin mir jetzt ausgehend von dem angegebenen Link praktisch sicher, dass es das ist (siehe auch Google Images unter "Stabilisationsübungen" und "exercices de gainage", da kommen ungefähr die gleichen Bilder). Und aus meiner eigenen Gymnastikerfahrung kann ich auch sprechen,denn da machen wir auch oft "exercices de gainage", die ganz dem entsprechen, was man unter Google bei Stabilisationsübungen findet.
