This is a birth attestation letter that is accompanied by a statutory declaration of age (Nigeria). The phrase appears in the closing sentence of the letter: "You may therefore, wish to accept this Birth attestation letter in respect of the bearer please". I'm having trouble understanding what "in respect of" refers to, would I translate it as "respecto al portador"?
