Oversleeping... yes. But what is the medical term for this in the context of general anaesthesia... presumably it is referring to the post-operative phase where the patient does not wake up from the anaesthetic when expected and needs extra help somehow. I am sure there must be a term for this. Here's how it appears in my text:

L’anesthésie générale expose principalement à 5 types de complications
- Des troubles respiratoires : laryngospasme, pneumothorax, œdème pulmonaire aigu…
