This term keeps showing up in the Service Agreement Contract I am translating for a construction company. I feel like the correct translation is "estimates" but I wanted to check with others to see what you think. I've put several example below from the contract. Thanks!!!!

As medições serão quinzenais com pagamento em 15 dias da medição.

Os pagamentos dos serviços executados pela CONTRATADA serão precedidos de medições quinzenais conforme estipulado entre as partes, a fim de se apurar os trabalhos realizados.

As medições serão apuradas pelo BANCO FIBRA juntamente com um representante da CONTRATADA para acompanhar e assinar as planilhas de medição.

Com base nas medições aprovadas a CONTRATADA emitirá as notas fiscais/faturas respectivas com vencimentos nos prazos previstos no item IV do Quadro Resumo da Contratação.
