Jedná se o americkou společnost. Nemohu nikde dohledat, zda se jedná o stanovy nebo zakladatelskou smlouvu. Zřejmě by to mohlo být totéž co "Operating Agreement".

V českém obchodním právu se ještě používá zakladatelská listina, pokud má společnost pouze jednoho zakladatele, společenská smlouva má pak zakladatelů více...
