L'auteur n'a pas employé le terme "outillage électrique" mais bien "outillage énergisé". Selon les catalogues en ligne d'articles d'outillage professionnel, l'"outillage énergisé" est une catégorie bien distincte comprenant toutes sortes d'outils dits "électriques", comme des "perçeuses-visseuses électriques" mais aussi des outils "pneumatiques", "magnétiques", etc. Je pense qu'il s'agit bien du terme consacré et je ne vois pas pourquoi ne pas l'utiliser !
