Ho trovato questa espressione nella descrizione di un momento intimo fra due persone. Descrive l'uomo.

Her head fell back now, no muscles left to resist, and he took her mouth the same way he had taken her wrist—with prickle of beard, silk of lips, graze of teeth, the questing of his tongue.

La testa di lei cadde all’indietro, ormai i muscoli non le rispondevano più, allora lui s’impossessò della sua bocca come aveva fatto con il polso, con pizzicorio della barba, labbra di seta, graze of teeth??, la lingua che ricominciava la sua ricerca.
