Basically one of the things that were clarified in the meeting is that the project is different from a standard consulting one (eg. as carried out by a private firm rather than a uni.) This affects the working relationship between the researchers on the one hand, and the managers on the other hand (=> "la mise au point"). The last bit says that despite the fact that this particular relationship was clearly defined, the managers were still keen to get involved, which was good news because one cannot expect such busy people to waste any of their precious time (to put it in a very mundane manner). It's the gist of it... hope it helps! |
