Italian term or phrase: Ossidato di linea
It's from a Use and Maintenance Manual for railway signalling systems.

There is a section entitled "Ossidato di linea" which states:

OGGETTO GRAFICO
Stati dinamici:
STATO / COLORE
Ossidato abilitato / identificativo e rettangolo grigio scuro
Ossidato disabilitato / identificativo e rettangolo bianco
Richiesta disabilitazione ossidato / identificativo grigio scuro rettangolo blu lamp.
Richiesta abilitatzione ossidato / identificativo bianco rettangolo blu lamp.

Any help with the word "Ossidato" much appreciated !!

Explanation:
"Line" is the railway line and "oxidized" is, naturally, "rusted".
The colours refer to colour coding (painted on the item by inspecting personnel) to signal a piece rusted but serviceable, rusted and not serviceable, rusted and awaiting final assessment as unserviceable, rusted and awaiting final assessment as serviceable. HTH
BTW, I wonder what might not be rusted on a railway... 8-)

Maybe the colour code appears on some computer diagram of installed equipment, but you would know for sure from your document.
