oxidized/rusted line item Explanation: "Line" is the railway line and "oxidized" is, naturally, "rusted". The colours refer to colour coding (painted on the item by inspecting personnel) to signal a piece rusted but serviceable, rusted and not serviceable, rusted and awaiting final assessment as unserviceable, rusted and awaiting final assessment as serviceable.
