Hello,

I am translating a Выписка из ЕГРЮЛ and I am confused by the wording "действительная (последняя)".

Context:
Sequential number of entry: X
State registration number of entry: X
Date of entry: X
Event to which the entry relates: X
Registering body: X
Status: действительная (последняя)

The extract lists many entries and in each case for the status it says either 1) the registering body made a mistake and so an amending entry was made, or 2) действительная (последняя).

As there are more entries with later dates, I am not sure about using "last one" for последняя.

Does anyone know what it means?
