Egy projektulajdonos projektfinanszírozást eszközöl egy általa es egy másik tulajdonostársa által alapítandó részvénytársaságnál.

A "carry out" (projectfinancing) igénél gondolom van szakszerűbb, illetve az egész folyamatot máskent kell kifejezni.

Explanation:
Valóban tipikusan magyaros megoldás, többnyire "szükségtelen" ige ez az "eszközöl" (nálam a Word új verziójában már a helyesírásellenőrző is aláhúzza és figyelmeztet, hogy használjak értelmesebb igét :)), viszont nem a forrásszöveget kell javítanunk, hanem annak értelmét kell visszaadnunk angolul. Az adott szövegkörnyezettől függően a fenti megoldások valamelyikét javaslom. Szerintem van annyi fordítói szabadságod, hogy ne keress kifejezetten erre az "eszközölre" angol megfelelőt. :)

Ahogy a mellékelt példa mutatja:

"Advancement of Capital

Section 2.1. Advance. Investor unconditionally and irrevocably agrees and commits (herein collectively called the "Commitment") to advance to Owner, on the Business Day next following the Effective Date, the amount of Seven Million Dollars ($7,000,000) (herein called the "Advance"). The Advance shall be made to Owner by wire transfer of the full amount of the Advance in immediately available funds to a bank account designated by Owner. The Commitment is not in the nature of a loan to any party or a direct ownership interest in Harken Colombia, an Association Contract or any Subject Interests.
Instead, the Commitment and the Advance thereof shall constitute consideration for the right to receive payments measured by the Accounts provided for in Article III and the other rights and benefits provided by this Agreement."
