Si parla di un cuoco che sta piegando ad un altro cuoco come prepara la cioccolata calda.
Ciò che non capisco è il "I bring" e poi "by itself". Infatti "bring" l'ho tradotto con un'accezione diversa dal "portare" perché c'è "by itself". Però non sono molto sicura.

"I bring it to room temp correctly by itself and let the milk cool back down to match it the way you’re supposed to and then whisk them together so that they’re as smooth as silk."

La faccio arrivare a temperatura ambiente da sola e lascio che il latte raggiunga la sua stessa temperatura, come fai pure tu e poi li mescolo insieme per ottenere un composto liscio e setoso.

neutral  MariaGrazia Pizzoli: perchè "raffreddare"? non mi pare sia detto che prima era calda/o. Può essere anche stata estratta/o da un frigorifero. Si, ma nel testo dato, qual è il referente di "it"? La cioccolata è il risultato di cioccolato + latte. Qui il latte non c'è ancora.
