Aus einer "modelo de minuta de instrumento público de procuração" für eine escritura pública de venda de imóvel, die vermutlich später aus dem Deutschen ins Portugiesische (B) rückübersetzt werden soll.
Meine Frage lautet: Gibt es eine (mir unbekannte) Bedeutung für "assistir" in diesem Zusammenhang, oder handelt es sich hier um einen Fehler im Text?
