I have found "bearer of the securities" but I'm not too convinced, the text regards the purchase of loans/receivables from ASLs, pls see below thanks

i loans sono contabilizzati e possono essere venduti quanto gli altri titoli quindi sono certificati di scambio. La differenza e' che hanno un rischio inferiore ad altri titoli in quanto in caso di bancarotta vengono liquidati prima di altri titoli ma sono ugualmente soggetti ad un mercato secondario di scambio. Quindi la traduzione mi sembra corretta
