Es gibt auch Entraînement par chaînes 13/15 dents, was ja kein Problem ist, aber diese "Lippen", was ist gemeint? 8-teilig ? (gibt es 8 Riemen neben einander oder besteht der riemen aus 8 Gliedern (wie eine Kette aus Gliedern besteht)?

Ich übersetze ins Schwedische, aber eine deutsche Antwort würde mir auf den Weg helfen.
