I'd rather wait to see if the word turns up in another document to see if the situation can be made clearer. It has come up in a previous one but I can't go back looking through everything trying to find it. If the site asks me to close it again, I'll close it but won't accept an answer until people can be sure because I wouldn't want to mislead people with inaccuracies (thanks Cynthia so far).

The arrows in the already mentioned bowel image are pointing to an area very close to the anal opening.

I don't know whether this will work, but a document on colorectal cancer on Google actually contains a picture of the bowel with the word omslagsvecket in it with arrows pointing to the appropriate section but I myself don't know what it's called.
