"Le Tribunal, vu l’arrêt du chronomètre voulu par la loi sans nouvelle enchère, adjuge ledit immeuble a Maitre XXXX, Avocat, moyennant le prix principal de XXXXX outre l’acquit des frais préalables aux clauses et conditions du cahier des conditions de vente."

neutral  Daryo: there is the idea of "time-limit" in the ST, but should "statute barred" be applied to an auction that must be finished - (no more waiting for new bids)? Usually "statute barred" means: too late to start any action?
