Hallo,

was versteht man unter einer "courtesy bar" und gibt es dafür eine deutsche Entsprechung?

There is a courtesy bar in the lounge, which features large glass sliding doors leading to a covered patio and hot tub.

neutral  Charles Milton Ling: This form of writing is gaining prevalence: Gratis Ausschank. There are still people who find it abhorrent. Gratisausschank would have been written not so long ago. "Gratis-Ausschank" is a compromise with which this curmudgeon can live.

-> Hi Charles - actually, it wasn't intentional, I would also prefer Grastisausschank, just didn't know it was TWO words and my German ns was sleeping alreaady

agree  Diana Obermeyer: In the amended form it flows well and sounds more personal than the other suggestions.
