"contractueel voorzienbare schade" zou een foutieve vertaling zijn omdat het zou beteken dat de schade "contractueel was voorzien" Dat staat echter niet in de brontekst. Ook in de Vlaamse bron die er geciteerd wordt is er sprake van *potentieel voorzienbare schade* hetgeen wel een mogelijke oplossing zou zijn. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2013-02-07 14:38:42 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- in een andere bron die wordt genoemd, lees je: "schade die voorzienbaar was bij de contractsluiting" .
