ra can be anything...see explanation below Explanation: Found this through Google, so I give this a go with an educated guess: This was shown as "RA™ & Failsafe EF™" in the document I found. If they refer to the same thing, then these terms just refer to manufacturer's branding/naming of their products. The document gave us an example: "RAEM is ...a further development of RA™, where EM stands for 'extra movement'".
