La clave está en "under the rules of the London Bullion Market Association". En el enlace que he copiado más abajo encontrarás una frase que a mi juicio es esclarecedora: "Unlike a formal commodity exchange, the London Bullion Market Association is a network of gold and silver bullion professionals such as banks, dealers, refiners, assayers, weighers, transporters and vaults."
