Durch den AG ausbedungene Eigenschaften und Abnahmekriterien dürfen nur von den im Vertrag definierten Lieferungen und Leistungen des Gruppenunter-nehmens abhängig sein. Für allfällige darüber hinaus gehende Abhängigkeiten müssen die Voraussetzungen genau im Vertrag festgelegt sein. Eingangswerte in die zu liefernde Anlage sind genau zu definieren.

Der Liefer- und Leistungsumfang des Gruppenunter-nehmens inkl. aller Schnittstellen muss eindeutig beschrieben werden. Eine ***Selbstinformationspflicht*** ist dezidiert abzulehnen.
